A selection of Misselbrook’s sculptural works including 1m2, Undress Caress and Bird of Paradise are to be shown in the forthcoming exhibition entitled ‘Caged Bird Sings’.

Curated by Bare/not Projects, Caged Bird Sings at The Crypt Gallery – ‘is a group project with 21 artists, sculptors, film-makers, photographers and designers who have been given an open brief to deconstruct and challenge ideas of restriction. With themes ranging from immigration and cultural identity to sex trafficking and claustrophobia we want to explore the wider issues surrounding restriction. ‘
